Naselli’s book is a breath of fresh air in an era of “post-scamdemic” vitriol. Never has reading God’s Word well been of more importance for Americans than our current age. Do yourself a favor and pick this book up!

I absolutely love this book! My reading life was changed for the better a few years ago after reading Adler's How to Read a Book and I was actually close to giving it a reread when this came out. After reading this, I am convinced that this is a better read, especially as a Christian, and it sums up in a more succinct way what Adler was communicating. I also think it gives more helpful and practical advice for the average reader that will help them jumpstart their love of reading or will strengthen the joy the seasoned reader has.

I recommend this to anyone. I read portions of it aloud to my wife and kids and we had great discussions on how to build our reading skills and get more out of our time in good books and more importantly the Bible.
